Spent the day at Catholic University yesterday, and ran into Mimi in the cafeteria. Catholic world small.

Safe and sound

Left Rome very early yesteday, with Fr. Zuhlsdorf on the same flight (on his way to the funeral of Msgr. Schuler). Arrived safely in Washington, DC, with an amazing view as we flew past the great sites -- the Washington Monument, White House, Jefferson Memorial, the whole town.
