Fall in Georgetown

It has been six years since I have experienced anything like Fall. Many thanks to my Maronite Sister friend and the Georgetown Visitation convent for a wonderful week in D.C. -- including leaves crunching under my feet, sunny and mild weather, figs and Trappist Chimay, ducks in the canal, and long walks through the historic neighborhood (and a great view of the tower of Georgetown University from our windows!).
